You can become a student member of BCNU. It’s free. As a student member you are entitled to attend BCNU meetings and events. You also receive copies of the BCNU Update magazine in the mail.

BCNU Contacts with Nursing Schools
BCNU Council members speak frequently to nursing school classes about nursing issues and the union. Every nursing school in BC has a designated member of BCNU Council working to keep in regular contact with students and faculty.

BCNU Student Nurse Workshops

The BCNU has developed workshops for student nurses to be delivered at your nursing school. The workshops are an exchange - we hear about your issues and you learn more about the work of the BCNU.

Learn About the Undergraduate Nurse Program
The Undergraduate Nursing Program enables nursing students to gain clinical experience in the health care system in special paid part-time or part-year positions that are additional to the normal staff complement.
