All BCNU members are invited to register! Workshop seats are limited. Register Early! You can attend one or the other workshops or both!

These Regional Workshops will:

1. guide you through new territory in tackling workload and moral distress;
2. inspire confidence, knowledge and skills to make concrete changes in your
   work/life and,
3. help you plan the change you really want to see!

Day 1: Finding Creative Solutions: Workload and Moral Distress

Objectives

Participants will be able to:

1. Clarify how your Union has positively influenced health care.
2. Examine root causes of workload.
3. Explore personal ways of dealing with moral distress.
4. Identify creative solutions to workload & moral distress in your workplace.

Day 2: Learning to Soar: Planning for the Change You Want to See

Objectives

Participants will be able to:

1. Use your Union's strategic plan at the local level.
2. Use the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) planning skills of determining strengths,
   opportunities, aspirations and results.
3. Develop and submit a strategic action plan for a worksite initiative.
