The Evelyn Hood Benevolent Fund provides assistance to BCNU members in financial need. Up to $750 per member, in a one-time donation is available.
Eligibility and Process

the member must be in need and have exhausted vacation and sick time
- the member must be referred by someone on the
BCNU regional executives
- there are no self-referrals
- referrals are made to the Executive of the BCNU
- disbursements occur twice a year, in January and July
