Steward Coordinator
This three day workshop is designed to address the issues and skill needs of steward coordinators working in larger BCNU worksites. To qualify, your worksite must have 50 members or more. For the dates of the next Steward Coordinator workshop and/or to apply, please check the

Workshop topics include:
analysis of steward coordinator work
personal leadership strengths and challenges
building and maintaining strong steward teams
strategies for self-organization and maintaining personal life balance
strategies for team organization
mobilizing members through recruiting and retaining stewards and ward reps
meeting preparation and facilitation techniques
This workshop is held once a year at a retreat location near Vancouver. Participants are expected to stay at the retreat centre for the duration of the workshop.
If you are accepted, you will receive salary reimbursement and travel expenses for the 3 days.
