BCNU is sounding the alarm about exposure to cancer-causing agents in health care workplaces. Members need to be aware of cancer causing substances or exposures. There are several sites/units that have ongoing investigations:

  • Mission Memorial Hospital
  • Royal Columbian Hospital (operating room)

If you have questions or suspect a cancer cluster please notify BCNU Occupational Health & Safety department.
