Nurses from Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland will join the Island Health Coalitions' Rally to "Keep Cowichan Lodge Open".
BC Nurses' Union President Debra McPherson will attend. They will comment on why BC's nurses are concerned about public seniors' care in BC and why nurses are supporting the families and other advocates who are fighting the closure of public long term care facilities.
