  • Learn about the relationship between trauma in general and racialized and intergenerational trauma, and how these play out in the workplace.

  • How to work with nervous system activation (i.e. triggering) when it arises in the context of power dynamics and polarizing conversations related to diversity, equity and inclusion issues.
