Mental Health Representative Candidate

Lisa Hennebery [Acclaimed]
Lisa Hennebery

Since April 24, I have been serving as the interim Mental Health Representative, a role that I have thoroughly enjoyed. This position has allowed me to provide support to members facing challenges at work and in their personal lives. I have been able to assist members by connecting them with services such as EDMP and addressing workplace safety issues through my involvement with the JOSH committee, OH&S, and PHSA Mental Health promotions. I resolved two significant pay grievances and I’m dedicated to ensuring that members feel heard by their managers, even if their concerns do not escalate to a grievance. With 27 years of experience as an RN in critical care and Antepartum at BCW, I’m committed to helping members in any way that I can.
