Building Union Strength

Solidarity is the heart of the union. Together can we respond to the challenges being faced by health-care workers today.

This day-long workshop introduces BCNU members to the work of the union and what it means to be an advocate – for ourselves, our patients, and our communities. Members learn about rights under their collective agreement, BCNU’s commitment to social justice, and how to improve working conditions and relationships in the workplace. Designed to challenge, motivate and inspire, you will be connected with the information and resources needed to begin your path as an engaged union member.

The workshop is delivered by member educators in each region.

This event is salary reimbursed.

Members may attend this workshop only one time.
