Regional Meeting

Members are in invited to this regional meeting. Please note both the registration for the regional meeting and Okanagan Similkameen delegate nomination for the BCNU Annual Convention opens Dec. 15 and closes Feb 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. as per regional bylaws.

At this meeting the delegates for the 2026 BCNU Annual Convention will be announced. If all the seats are not filled through delegate nominations, then candidates will be taken from the floor of the regional meeting. You do not need to attend the regional meeting in order to nominate yourself for convention.

The bylaws for delegate selection are as noted on the nomination form. The nominations begin eight weeks prior to the regional meeting in which selection will be done.

Please consider attending the regional meeting to liaise with fellow members, stewards, and your executive team from various sites across the region.
