Open to all Pacific Rim members, Foundations in Occupational Health and Safety focuses on fundamental safety skills to strengthen members knowledge of worker rights and responsibilities. The information and supports explored will empower members to engage and participate in health and safety activities in their workplace.
The downloadable online resources are available as of Sept 8. The in-person live session is Oct. 6.
Participants will be salary reimbursed for one day of union leave. Members will be notified of acceptance approximately one week after the deadline.
