This course for member advocates delivers foundational skills to help advocates understand key safety concepts and develop a strategic focus to promote change.

The course includes modules on worker rights, employer and worker responsibilities, and union resources to help you promote workplace safety. The course will help advocates grow in confidence to better support their colleagues through collaborative action.

This is a blended learning course. It begins with online learner prep two weeks prior to the live (in-person) session. During the virtual session, members will complete activities and review 'just in time' online resources available to support them in fulfilling their role.
