National Nursing Week
We are pleased to invite you to our National Nursing Week community lunches at Belgard Kitchen. We will be holding two lunches; one on Tuesday, May 12 and a second Friday, May 15, both from 1130 to 1400.
Worksites included in the two community lunches: Al Mitchell Place, Jim Green Residence, Hope to Health Research & Innovation Centre, Victory House, Renfrew House, Powell Street Getaway, May's Place, Granville Youth Health Centre, Crosstown Clinic, Lighthouse & Cooper Place Intermediate Care.
In order to ensure that we have space for as many members as possible, we are asking that members attend only one of the two lunches. There will be no pre-ordering, however we have worked with the restaurant to create a limited, though diverse, menu, to decrease wait times. The menu is included below. It is not required to RSVP, but it is appreciated so we can estimate numbers for each day. RSVP your name and primary worksite to Frances Beswick.

Lunch Menu:
Margherita Pizza: San marzano tomato sauce, fior di latte, fresh basil, balsamic reduction (vg). Can sub vegan cashew cheese.
Dragon Bowl: Brown rice, marinated tofu, red peppers, carrot, red beet, pickled red onion, avocado, spinach, tahini dressing, black sesame seeds (v, gf). Can add chicken.
Butter Chicken: Yoghurt marinated chicken thighs, cashew cream sauce, spiced basmati rice, cilantro buttered flatbread (contains nuts, gf).
Belgard Burger: Cache Creek natural beef, caramelized onions, agedwhite cheddar, red pepper relish, confit garlic mayo, iceberg, seasoned tomato, brioche bun. Can add bacon, avocado, or a fried egg +$2.
Tomato Soup Fondue: San marzano tomato soup, grilled cheese toasties (vg).
