The Building Union Strength workshop, open to all members, is the foundations course for all BCNU members. Members learn about rights under their collective agreement, BCNU’s commitment to social justice, and how to improve working conditions and relationships in the workplace. This event is salary reimbursed.
The workshop is considered a prerequisite for becoming a steward.
