In this video, BCNU President Gayle Duteil says a recent collaboration with the Ministry of Health to make safety improvements in certain high risk worksites is a significant first step. "When you have safe workplaces for nurses, they can provide safe patient care," says Duteil. BCNU will continue pressing for change, until every nurse has improved safety in their worksite.
