Members will soon be able to cast their vote to ratify the tentative agreement reached between the Nurses' Bargaining Association (NBA) led by BCNU, and the Health Employers Association of BC. This agreement – one that will elevate and advance the profession of nursing – was reached following one round of collaborative, solutions-focused bargaining negotiations.
A number of initiatives are now underway to provide members with the correct information, prior to casting their ballot. The general voting day is January 21, 2019, however there will be opportunities for advance voting starting December 10 at contract ratification sessions around BC.
