Pacific Blue Cross Labour Dispute Resolved
Burnaby office to open on Monday, September 18
Unionized employees have ratified a six-year agreement this week with Pacific Blue Cross.
The Burnaby office of Pacific Blue Cross will open at 10:00am on Monday, September 18 and will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, September 19 opening at 8:30am.
Pacific Blue Cross main call centre is also scheduled to re-open to full service on Saturday, October 16, to support additional claim processing capacity.
