Members receiving health and welfare benefits provided by Pacific Blue Cross may be experiencing service delays due to a labour dispute. BCNU members are reminded that there is a picket line at the Pacific Blue Cross head office in Burnaby.
Customer service and processing of paper claims are impacted, however BCNU has received assurance from Pacific Blue Cross that electronic claims will continue to be processed. We will notify members of any further changes in service.
For claims and coverage information, Pacific Blue Cross recommends members use the following tools:
Pacific Blue Cross online claims and self-service Members may submit scanned receipts and health claims online through CARESnet. CARESnet may also be used to check what's covered and view recent claims.
