Crucial Conversations

This blended learning course provides stewards with the skills to master high-stakes conversations while remaining calm and professional. The methods taught will help transform steward's ability to communicate effectively when it counts the most. The techniques are easy to learn and can be practiced in small steps until mastered.

This course is comprised of online learning activities that stewards can complete at their own pace between Oct. 7 to Oct. 28 and two in-person live sessions on Oct. 29 and Oct 30 at the BCNU Burnaby Office.

Participants will be salary reimbursed for two days of union leave upon completion.
