Skill Lab: Incident Investigations

This workshop dives into the topic of incident investigations and explains what types of incidents must be investigated by the joint occupational health and safety committee. Participants will learn the investigation process, from initial response through to analysis and documentation. The course also focuses on follow-up and corrective actions to address root causes and prevent future incidents.
