Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees (JOHSC) are a cornerstone of effective health and safety programs. This education will assist JOHSC representatives in creating a consistent practice for representative work, so you can help build a collaborative committee that works effectively together to improve occupational health and safety outcomes in their workplace.
Downloadable online resources: Practical tools and reference materials to help participants implement what they’ve learned and share knowledge with their coworkers are available as of March 16, 2026.
The in-person live session is April 14, 2026. This course is delivered through the BCNU Learning Centre, BCNU's learning management system. Members need to log in or create a new user account to apply.
BCNU reimburses participants for one days’ salary.
