Communicating: Essential Skills

Designed to help members whose first language is not English, this course focuses on an ability to communicate confidently with managers, co-workers, patients, and patients’ families. Participants learn key communications skills and apply them in practice sessions to become more clearly understood.

The three, in-person live sessions run 0900-1700 from May 12 to May 14.
