Skill Lab: Difficult Conversations

Difficult Conversations is an interactive live workshop open to all members, including student members. The skill lab content, initially designed for stewards, focuses on the complexity of communication, how power dynamics can affect communication outcomes and planning strategies to use before, during and after a difficult conversation.
 
This skill lab compliments the Steward Intermediate pathway level.
