Skill Lab: Union Management Meetings

Do you want to be more effective in union–management meetings? This noon-hour interactive workshop breaks down why these meetings matter and how union representatives can participate strategically and with confidence. Participants work through brief meeting scenarios, practice key approaches, and have dedicated time for questions and discussion. This skill lab is open to all members, including students and is designed to complement the Steward Essentials course.
