Skill Lab: Difficult Conversations

Initially designed for stewards, this interactive workshop focuses on the complexity of communication, explores the power dynamics that affect communication outcomes, and provides planning strategies to use before, during and after a difficult conversation.
 
This lunch-hour skill lab complements the Steward Intermediate pathway level and is open to all stewards and members, including student members.
