OHS Drop-In Info Session

The Thompson North Okanagan region is hosting an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) drop in education day with our BCNU head office Occupational Health and Safety Officer Hailey Danicek, along with some of our executive team. 

This is a drop-in session. Sign-up sheets are being circulated amongst Cariboo Memorial Hospital. NBA members wanting to attend will be back filled from their units and upon signing up should connect with their direct managers to coordinate backfill.

8:30 to 9:30 a.m. - Presentation: Know Your Workplace Rights
9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. - Open Session (Drop-In)
10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - Break
10:30 to 11:30 a.m. - Presentation: Right to Refuse
11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Open Session (Drop-In)
12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Lunch
12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. - Open Session (Drop-In)
1 p.m. to 2 p.m. - Presentation: Psychosocial Hazards
2 p.m. to 3 p.m. - Presentation: Violence Prevention
3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. - Open Session (Drop-In)
3:30 p.m. - End of Day
