Learners focus on interpreting and applying the terms of the collective agreement in a more complex situation. Participants deepen their understanding and ability to effectively advocate for workers’ rights through practical exercises and thoughtful analysis of contract language. This workshop can be taken independently or alongside Reading and Applying a Collective Agreement – 1.
